The Platform concept
has been developed in Mali. After two years of a pilot
phase, which has permitted the installation of 65 Platforms,
the project aims to equip 450 villages. Although specific to
Mali, the implementation modalities at the national level
serve as a model to others countries interested in the
concept. Therefore, UNDP (United Nations Development
Program) has created a Regional Cell which objectives are
to
ensure the transfer of knowledge and skills to the others
countries. |
